They eat fritto misto and seafood risotto. ‘Nuff said really. Mmmmmmmmm.
But really, the seafood risotto is part of one of my favourite scenes. We’ll Always Have Venice is a summer book, but it does feature a fierce late spring storm in one part and the risotto is the perfect pick-me-up after Norah and Gianluca are warm and dry again.
They end up at a very special location after getting caught in the storm. You’ll have to read to find out where they find themselves and who they meet! Plus, when characters in a romantic comedy find themselves stranded somewhere for a night, you know what that means! Yes! There’s only one bed!
